FAQ
Answers before you even ask.
Everything people usually ask before starting a project, short and to the point.
With a short call where we mostly listen. Then we send a written proposal: what will be built, how long it takes and what it costs. Nothing is paid until you approve it.
A company website usually takes 3 to 6 weeks, an online store or app 6 to 12, and a complete visual identity about 4. The exact timeline is agreed in writing before we start, and if anything slips, you hear about it right away.
It depends on the scope: two sites that look alike can differ several times over. On the first call we give you a rough range, and once the details are clear you get the final number in writing. That number stays fixed until the work is done.
Usually in three stages: at the start, halfway through and on delivery. Larger projects can be paid monthly, and every payment comes with a formal invoice.
Small changes are part of the job and cost nothing extra. If something goes beyond the agreed scope, we tell you the time and cost before doing it, and you decide. We never do the work first and send the invoice later.
Yes, for as long as your support plan is active: fixes, updates, backups and small changes. Your site or app is never left without someone looking after it.
Yes, and it happens often. Sometimes we handle design and the front end while your team owns the back end, sometimes the other way round. We use the tools your team already uses, so the handover is smooth.
It takes over repetitive work: answering common customer questions, sorting messages, building reports and searching company documents. We first find where it genuinely saves time and money, and only use it there.
